Barn & Beam offers the following discounts:

10% In-Store Purchase Discount (stackable on pre-tax subtotal): Make the drive to visit our Randolph, WI showroom to make your purchase, and you'll earn 10% off your order. In our showroom you can see the different wood types and finish colors in person, as well as test out the different designs. We'll be happy to answer any questions you have, and also to give you guidance and suggestions on choosing the right style, size, and colors to match your home.

20% Pickup Discount (stackable on pre-tax subtotal): All of our custom furniture (excluding the "Clearance and Pre-Owned" category) comes with free in-home delivery and setup for Wisconsin and Illinois destinations. However, if you pick up your item at our Randolph WI workshop, you'll earn a 20% discount off your order. Just be sure to bring blankets and straps, and we'll help you load it.

Flash sales (stackable on pre-tax subtotal): From time to time we offer flash sales on select wood types or styles. These are generally a 10% discount and stack with the other discounts, but cannot be combined with the Coupon (business card) Discount.

10% Coupon: Our business cards have a 10% coupon on the back side. Redeem one for an extra 10% off, or give them to your friends. Exclusion: this coupon cannot be combined with a sale or flash sale discount, only with the Pickup Discount and In-Store Order Discount.

Trade in your old dining set: Bring us your old solid wood tables, chairs, and benches and we'll give you credit on your custom order. Our current credit rates are $10 per chair, $15 per bench, and $25 per table. Tables must have solid wood tops, not laminate or veneer. Chairs and benches must be wood but can have padded seats, as long as they can be reupholstered.
